Customer acknowledges and understands that motorsports and
Rykers (collectively “Rykers”) have associated inherent risks.  Customer
acknowledges and understands that Rykers combined with after-market parts may
carry even greater risks including, but not limited to, property damage, injury
to self or others, and death.    Customer agrees that RykerMod,
LLC shall not be liable for any damage, injury, or death caused by or
associated with Customer’s use of any parts or equipment purchased from
RykerMod, LLC (collectively “Parts” shall be any parts or other items sold
through rykermod.com or from RykerMod, LLC), with any failure of any Parts
purchased from RykerMod, LLC, or due to the installation of any Parts purchased
from RykerMod, LLC.  RykerMod, LLC shall not have any liability arising
out of any injury to individuals or property as a result of Customer’s
ownership, possession, or use of Parts purchased from RykerMod, LLC.
  The purchase of any Parts from RykerMod, LLC shall include the
purchase of any Parts from rykermod.com.  This waiver applies not only to
the original Customer but to all Parts that are subsequently re-purchased,
given, and/or any other means conveyed to any other user.  It is the
responsibility of Customer to communicate the terms and conditions of this
release to any future user.  Any installation of any Parts will serve as
acknowledgement and agreement to the terms of this release by the Customer.
  Customer shall forever hold harmless RykerMod, LLC, its owners,
members, employees, and assigns and indemnify them against any and all claims,
demands, losses, damages, suits, actions, judgments, penalties or labilities of
any kind or nature arising from the direct or indirect purchase or use of any
Parts offered by RykerMod, LLC.   Customer acknowledges it shall not
install or use any Parts in any way which bypasses or contravenes any state or
federal law, rule, or regulation.  Customer acknowledges that RykerMod,
LLC makes no claims as to whether any Parts shall affect any warranty of Customer’s
vechicle or Ryker.

EXCEPT FOR THOSE WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT
OR REQUIRED BY STATUTE, RYKERMOD, LLC ON BEHALF OF ITSELF AND ITS AFFILIATES
AND SUPPLIERS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND DUTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
AS TO THE SERVICES, PRODUCTS AND ANY OTHER INFORMATION OR MATERIALS, INCLUDING
BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, DUTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, REASONABLE CARE, WORKMANLIKE
EFFORT, RESULTS, LACK OF NEGLIGENCE, OR ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF RESPONSES.
EXCEPT FOR THOSE WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT OR REQUIRED BY
STATUTE, THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, QUIET POSSESSION,
CORRESPONDENCE TO DESCRIPTION, AUTHORITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT WITH RESPECT TO
THE SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND ANY OTHER INFORMATION OR MATERIALS EXCHANGED BY THE
PARTIES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.   

Customer agrees and acknowledges that any claims or suits
brought due to any Parts purchased, or due to any failure of any Parts, or any
other claims or suits against RykerMod, LLC shall be brought in the State
Courts of Hall County, Georgia or in the Federal Courts of the North District
of Georgia.
